Hong Kong/Beijing/Tokyo, 18 June, 2008 – SinoCom Software Group (HKEx: 0299), the leader in software development outsourcing & IT support services based in China, announced that it was awarded Excellent Outsourcing Service Company Award by China Government, at 12th China International Software Conference.

The China International Software Conference is organized by Chinese Government organizations, including Ministry of Industry and Information, Committee of National Development and Revolution, Ministry of Sciences and Technologies, and City of Beijing, every year. The Conference awards excellent software companies in various fields including business model, technology innovation, outsourcing services, education, manufacturing software, and so on, by evaluating software companies’ technology, growth, brand, influence, etc. This year, SinoCom was selected as one of the three Excellent Outsourcing Service Companies at the Conference.
